The Requirement :
Perth Arena is a major entertainment and sporting arena in the city centre of Perth. An event destination which has hosted some of worlds top musicians such as Ed Sheeran and Elton John and is home to the “Wildcats” Basketball team. The arena hosts Tennis and Basketball and is regularly configured for major live music event.
Streamvue were approached in 2008 during the development & build stage with the requirement to provide a signage system that would allow multiple configurations to handle the display needs of the stadium. It would require easy reconfiguration for different type of event it was holding and an ability to integrate easily into the Catering system to supply Digital Menu boards & flow management at gate entrances.
The Solution :
We delivered our "Orchestra" enterprise suite of software which provided the key backbone to the system on site. Our dedicated appliance servers allowed direct connection to the broadcast feeds to allow distribution of local content and digital signage content. Our open API made integration into our customers 3rd party systems for Catering and ticketing.
